What is the new shareholding structure of Solocal after the 2020 capital increase ?
The share capital allocation has evolved in the wake of the completion of the 2020 restructuring.
For the purposes of transparency, the Group regularly publishes updates of its shareholding structure, basing on the public disclosures of its shareholders.

Where can I find the number of Solocal Group shares and voting rights outstanding ?
The information pertaining to the number of outstanding shares and voting rights is regulatory information that is updated at least on a monthly bassis.
This monthly disclosure is available in the “Regulatory Information” section on the Investor homepage, under the “Financial publications” tab, by clicking here.
Please note that since 24th November 2020, the total number of outstanding shares and voting rights has been divided by 100, concomitantly with the share price being multiplied by 100.
